DETAILED TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

  • The renter must be at least 25 years old with a valid drivers liscence .
  • The renter must have at least 2 years of driving experience.
  • The renter must provide a valid form of identification and a security deposit.
  • Only Individuals listed on this agreement may drive the vehicle.

2. PAYMENT & DEPOSIT POLICY

  • A deposit is mandatory for all rented vehicles. The deposit is separate from the rental rate and will be refunded at the end of the rental period , provided no terms are violated.
  • Payment must be made in full before the vehicle is released.

3. LATE RETURN & EXTRA CHARGES

  • An additional fee of USD 25.00 will be charged for every 30 minutes the vehicle is returned late .
  • Failure to return the vehicle within 3 hours of the due back time will result in a full- day rental charge.
  • Cleaning fees may apply if the vehicle is returned in poor condition.

4. INSURANCE & LIABILITY

  • The renter is responsible for any damage not covered by insurance .
  • The car hirer is responsible for all collision damage while the vehicle is their posession, regardless  fault or cause. Liability is capped at USD 2,000.00 without C.D.W or USD 250.00 with C.D.W 
  • In case of an accident, the renter must immediately notify M'sAutoRentals and provide a police report. 

5. COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER (C.D.W)

  • C.D.W covers the insurance deductible up to USD 250.00 IN THE EVENT OF AN ACCIDENT.
  • C.D.W does not cover damage to tires, rims, canvas tops, or cigarette burns.

6. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  •  Lost car keys or lockout situations must be resolved at the hirer;s expense.
  • The hirer is responsible for tire punctures and damage.
  • The vehicle must be carefully operated, securely locked, and parked in safe location when not in use.

7. VEHICLE USE RESTRICTIONS

  • The Vehicle must not be used for illegal activities .
  • The vehicle must not be driven outside of permitted areas without prior approval.
  • Smoking and transporting hazardous materials in the vehicle are strictly prohibited.

8. RENTAL PERIOD EXTENSION

  •  To extend the rental period, the hirer must notify the rental company at least 24 ours in advance.

9. VEHICLE RETURN

  •  The Vehicle must be returned to the same location where it was picked up.
  • Early returns are subject to a 1-day penalty charge unless prior notice is given 24 hours in advance 

10. VIOLATION & FINES

The renter is responsibe for any traffic violations or fines incurred during the rental period.

11. ADDITIONAL CHARGES

The rental company reserves the right to process credit card charges for any fines, damages, or outstanding payments incurred by the car hirer, including the full value of any vehicle that is not returned.
